Two of my pieces (Poke and Prod & an image of some of my prints) are featured on November Moon’s Mosaic Monday. If you haven’t visited November Moon yet, check it out. The creator, Cathy Cullis, is a talented mixed media artist, who features various artists on her blog daily.
On Friday, March 7th I will be doing a printmaking demo at Violet in Five Points for First Fridays. It’s going to be a lot of fun. We should have a little press, and several different blocks to choose from to customize a tote bag, t-shirt, or whatever else you dream up. Save the date. I will be posting more details as soon as I get them.
The closing reception for the nextTHINGSnext show at Opaq Gallery is this Saturday from 8-11pm. The show features work by Matt Allison, Katie Allsion, Madeliene Peck, Dustin Harewood, myself and a few others. I feel very lucky to have been a part of a show with friends and people whos work I admire.Come check it out if you have some time. It will be the last chance to see all the work together.
